established in 1998.

State Licensed (#DG560277569) , Apple Tree is affiliated with Child Care Concepts and Saginaw Valley Regional 4c.

Child Care Concepts, a resource and referral program for Midland child care centers and homes, developed a level system to provide information on a child care provider's qualifications and experience.  A level 1 indicates that the center/daycare home is currently licensed by the State of Michigan and follows all licensing rules.  Levels 2, 3 and 4 indicate the provider has met the qualifications of the levels previous as well as additional criteria.  Presently, the Apple Tree Preschool & Child Care Program is one of  five providers out of over 200 licensed and registered programs in all of Midland to have attained and maintained a level 5 status!
